Boost your wellbeing. Build connections. Discover what helps you thrive.

Healthy Mind Hub offers free, friendly, community-based wellbeing workshops for adults across Mid and South Essex. Join a welcoming space to meet others, try meaningful activities, and explore what supports your mental health.*

Over 6 weeks, you'll enjoy sessions inspired by the Five Ways to Wellbeing including creative activities, gentle movement, learning something new, and taking notice of what matters to you.

Take a small step toward a healthier mind - we're here to walk alongside you.

Chelmsford Parkside Community Hub 10am - 12 o'clock

Trust Links Cressing Temple - 10am - 12 o'clock

Please be aware that all start dates are subject to change and sessions will not run with less than 2 people registered. We will aim to provide a weeks’ notice for any occasions where a start date is delayed.
• Please be mindful that the site may not be open to the public until 10 minutes before the session is due to start.
• Please let us know if you are running late for a session. If you are running more than 15 minutes late you may not be able to join the session
